Ability Explosion and Stand Among Friends are two amazing organizations in support of disabled members of the community. Jewel Be Mine has partnered with Ability Explosion for two not-to-be-missed upcoming fundraiser events!
The first event, Lights Out, is a dining event to be held on October 3rd at 7 P.M. at Bar Crudo in South Beach. This unique dining experience will have diners wear blindfolds while they dine, giving them a brief taste of what it’s like to be blind. It’s a fun yet enlightening way to spend an evening, while raising awareness and funds for the blind. Jewel Be Mine is excited to announce that they will be participating in this event by providing diners with masks to wear during their meal. The second event, the Business Ability Luncheon, will be held on November 7th at 11 A.M. at Jungle Island. Its focus will be on recognizing two exceptional companies that have been proactive in promoting disability diversity and inclusion within their respective companies. This year’s honorees will be Florida Power & Light, and TD Bank. Jewel Be Mine will be present at this event, holding a raffle (and adding a little sparkle to this event!). We’d love for you to join!
