    Do you accept returns?
    Of course! Jewel Be Mine happily accept unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit, less shipping costs.

    What is our Return Policy?
    Jewel Be Mine will only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are received damaged.  Once Jewel Be Mine confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with this policy, your credit card or PayPal account will be fully refunded. We do not accept any product exchanges.

    WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

    We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

    Can I return a Sale item?
    It depends. Some of our products will indicate on the description if that product is FINAL SALE product. All jewelry items are FINAL SALE

    How do I return my purchase?
    To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

    1. Send us an email to info@jewelbemine.com with your name and order number.
    2. Wait for our email with your return authorization and prepaid return label. We will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund unless JewelBeMine.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item. 
    3. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a store credit notification. Please allow 2-5 business days for this to be processed.
    4. We will only issue refunds if product were damaged or if we shipped an incorrect item.

    Please postmark your package within 14 days of the date your order was received. 

    We are NOT liable for lost return packages, and recommend you to track your package.

    How long do I have to make a return?
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order delivery date.

    Do I have to pay the return shipping?
    You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless JewelBeMine.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item.

    How do international returns work?
    1. Send us an email to info@jewelbemine.com with your name and order number.
    2. Wait for our email with your return authorization.
    3. Return the item(s) using the postal carrier of your preference. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
    4. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.

    How long does it take to get a refund?
    Including transit time, most returns are processed within 10-14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging!

    Note: All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.
