    Do you accept returns?
    Of course! Jewel Be Mine happily accept unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange or store credit, less shipping costs.

    Can I return a Sale item?
    Unfortunately, no. All SALE ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE, WITH DISCOUNT CODES OR ALL ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    How do I return my purchase?
    To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

    1. Send us an email to info@jewelbemine.com with your name and order number.
    2. Wait for our email with your return authorization.
    3. Return the item(s) using the postal carrier of your preference. You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless JewelBeMine.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. 
    4. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.

    Please postmark your package within 14 days of the date your order was received.

    How long does it take to get a refund?
    Including transit time, most returns are processed within 10-14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging!
